My name is Francesca Perna. Originally from Italy, I moved to Bristol two months a go to find work and improve my English.
Having worked in the restaurants industry in Italy for over three years, I understand whats required in maintaining a fully functional, smooth running kitchen. During my previous job as a kitchen porter, my duties included the labeling and storing of deliveries, emptying bins, pot washing and cleaning the kitchen after every service. I also have very good knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations. My time spent at university as well as my previous places of employment have taught me a great deal on working within a team and the importance of achieving objectives through communication.
